IPEA's mission is to empower vulnerable youth and women to improve their livelihoods for self-reliance. IPEA achieve this mission through inclusive education, skill development, entrepreneurship support, health services, advocacy, and community development initiatives.

IPEA's vision is to create a society where vulnerable/marginalized children, youth and women are empowered, self-reliant, and actively contribute to their communities' development. IPEA envision a future where all children, youth and women have access to education, skills, and opportunities, enabling them to lead dignified and fulfilling lives.
OUR FOCUS
Empowerment of vulnerable/marginalized children, youth, women, teen Mothers, disabled, and orphans through providing educational vocational skills, educational support, income generation initiatives, healthy programs, child development services and advocating rights for the needy.
